We ask that you see your doctor at least yearly, or as instructed to ensure that you are on the proper medication and dosage.

If you need a prescription refill, please contact your pharmacy and they will notify us.
Refill requests
Refill requests are processed Monday through Thursday 9 am to 4:30 pm, Friday 9 am to noon.
